About

Mary Anne is not a professional writer. In fact, she has never written anything other than proposals to ad agencies to help them sell things the American public does not really need . Mary Anne has never been published unless you count those prize winning entries in high school which cost her her prom date.
Mary Anne has been married for almost 15 years to The Man and is mother of two perfect children, Mr. C, age 10 and Miss G, age 8. She currently resides in a beautiful neighborhood in Texas where she manages in chaos every day.
Mary Anne is a 20 year veteran of ad sales. Don’t ask Mary Anne about her job though, unless you are prepared for a :30 minute diatribe on her superiority. We are just warning you.
Mary Anne enjoys reading, writing, not exercising and speaking in the third person.
Mary Anne thanks you for visiting and hopes you will come back soon.

Hey, Mary Ann –
I’ve been in corporate communications for years but I’m now really starting to dig into social media, and Lisa LoMonaco (Gerrish) told me you’re an experienced blogger. I’ll be launching my own blog soon, and it’s great to follow others who are old hands at it. I’ve enjoyed what I’ve read on yours so far – keep it up!
Becky Zimmer (Ryan)
found your blog interesting….
Loving your blog, especially the pics of Harry Connick Jr. He is divine

Ah, a fellow warrior. I have spent more than a few minutes listening to young media planners and buyers pretend to be interested in my pitch. I guess that I must enjoy it or I wouldn’t keep doing it.
I think we may’ve been separated at birth, same likes/dislikes except that Johnny Depp and eating are on my short list. You crack me up…can’t wait to read your archives with a big cup of coffee and a brownie!
Mary Anne I am so so happy I found your blog! It is fabulous, stylish and wonderful just like you. Cant wait to be back in Dallas in 3 weeks, you better have some open time where you can pencil me in for some martinis and R-and-R! Love you, and I am stealing Grace next time I fly!! That little sign combined with her cute as a button face, is full proof.

+1
Is it just me, or do you look surprisingly like Julia Davis (Charlotte) from Sex and the City? (That’s a compliment by the way!). xx
