After purchasing 1 item084358039059 hang n store 8@$12.99,after arriving home we loved it .It was exactly what we were looking for,purchased on July26 2010 well today while I was in another room I heard this crash after looking in other rooms I finally found all my Ironing on the floor.Attempting to put in back up I discovered it broke but, could not find the problem I just said poor quality.Taking it back to Ann & Hope in Randolph I told by the manager there there was nothing she could do for me! What a witch;after being a customer in that store for the past 35 years I guess you know where I am going certainly not to Ann & Hope again ever. I will be sure to tell my friends Daughters & friends never to shop their again! All this over$12.99 some customer service policy you have. Figure it out ironing once a week,times four,time 14 weeks,only excuse I have is poor quality you sell there.

Why can’t retailers take a lesson from Target? That is exactly what my last post was about. They gave me APOLOGY COUPONS!! for a hassle caused by MY insurance company at the pharmacy counter.

Mind you, Target wasn’t the cause of the problem. I just had to wait for the mess to be straightened out which they did!
